My whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful with Dr. Ladner. Everyone at the office is kind and caring. Dr. Ladner has the best “bedside manner” of any doctor I’ve ever known. I went to Dr. Ladner for a rhinoplasty because I’ve always hated the way my nose looks but I didn’t want it to look super artificial after the surgery. He explained everything in detail such as his reasoning and logic behind the shape of the nose he’ll create for me. I went to about five other surgeons for consultations before Dr. Ladner and none felt right to me. His staff is extremely kind and helpful. It’s been a year since my rhinoplasty and I’m very very happy with it. The hump and droop are gone. It looks so natural. Dr. Ladner is an amazing surgeon!
Don’t spend your money here. I got a rhinoplasty done and a cheek reconstruction and no exaggeration… my face looks like a Picasso painting. I’m being very honest and didn’t want to write this because the ladies on his staff are so nice. He was only nice when I was a potential client because he knew I was going to drop thousands of dollars. Once I did spend all my money here and now that my healing is done, he’s not so nice and friendly anymore and even insulted me but did it nicely to make it look professional. And that’s the truth. My family is highly disappointed also when they look at me. My mother is sad because my face looks crooked and my nose is just a mess. I have to search for another surgeon to fix my face. Please save your money and a huge heartache. I don’t want anyone going through what I did.
