Dr. Ladner and his team were very kind and knowledgeable throughout my revision rhinoplasty journey making my overall experience pretty effortless and smooth. Dr. Ladner also performed my primary rhinoplasty a few years ago and, while he did an amazing job, there were a couple of things that did not heal the way we were hoping for. When I brought my concerns to him he made me feel heard and validated and offered to make some adjustments for me via a revision rhinoplasty. I am freshly post op from my revision and have a lot of healing to do, but up to this point, the process has been as enjoyable as it could be and the team has been amazing. I am especially grateful for nurse Porsche! She is so kind and gentle and always met my questions with knowledge, professionalism and timeliness. Kudos to Dr. Ladner and his entire team!
Honestly, after having my last Botox at the Novuskin medspa, I thought that would be my last time to have this procedure that ended up with unwanted outcomes. I was in that mood until I met nurse Melissa at the Ladner Plastic Surgery. Melissa did Botox that gave me a perfect look without droopy or high-arched eyebrows, or like was nothing done at all. Non of those negatives was experienced this time. I am so grateful to her for calming down my anxiety about the procedure, and I highly recommend to visit Melissa and see the best results that wouldn’t cause any issues.
