Tom, Physician Assistant
Tom is a Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience. He assists Dr. Ladner in surgery and performs in office procedures such as scar revisions, ear lobe repairs/reductions, mole removal, and injectables. Tom has extensive experience with Sculptra and has become our primary injector.
While completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, Tom came to Colorado for an internship at the University of Denver. He was quickly captivated by the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer and decided to further his education here. After graduating from a PA program, Tom started his career in orthopedics where he developed extensive knowledge and surgical experience working closely with patients. Prior to orthopedics and during his clinical years, he was introduced to plastic surgery and aesthetics, which is where his interest in this field grew.
Outside of work, Tom loves spending time outdoors with his son mountain biking and snowboarding.
Luciana, RN, BSN
Luciana is a Colorado native and has been a nurse since 2013. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Northern Colorado. Her past nursing experience includes neuro-trauma and surgery. She developed a passion for plastic surgery while working in the operating room at St Anthony’s Hospital in Lakewood, CO. This lead to her transition from the hospital setting to Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery in 2019. She works at both practice locations alongside Dr. Ladner—Greenwood Village, CO and Beverly Hills, CA. She is passionate about surgery and safe patient care. In her free time, Luciana enjoys spending time outside with her daughters and exploring new places.
Maureen, RN
Maureen moved to Colorado from New Jersey in 1992. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Scranton and has been in the medical profession for over 30 years. She made the transition from perioperative nursing to aesthetics four years ago and is very excited to be a part of such an amazing team of professionals. She lives in beautiful Morrison, CO and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and going to concerts at Red Rocks.
Annetta, Office Administrator
Annetta is originally from Kansas City. She attended the University of Missouri, Columbia. Annetta has been with Dr. Ladner’s practice since 2013 when she made the transition from the beauty industry to the medical side of aesthetics. She will be there to guide you through the entire surgical process, including the initial consultation, scheduling surgery, advising on payment options, and answering any questions that you may have. Annetta gets great satisfaction from creating open and honest relationships with Dr. Ladner’s patients. In her spare time, Annetta enjoys playing golf, working in the garden, and watching her kids play sports. She is married with 2 daughters and resides in beautiful Golden, CO.
Klaryssa, Master Aesthetician and Front Office Administrator
Meet our wonderful Master Aesthetician and Front Office Administrator, Klaryssa. Klaryssa is the first smile you’ll see when you enter Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery. She brings years of experience in the aesthetic industry to our team. Klaryssa is passionate for people to look and feel their best. As a Licensed Aesthetician, she provides customized skin care advice to suit each individual client needs. Klaryssa relocated from Albuquerque to Denver in early 2023 and is loving everything Colorado has to offer.
Carolyn McEntee, RN BSN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Carolyn was raised in New Hampshire, but came to CO 15 years ago to ski! She has been a RN for 10 years and started out in Bone Marrow Transplant. She has been an aesthetic injector for over seven years and loves making people feel like their most confident version of themself. When she is not at work she is enjoying time with friends and her golden doodle and boyfriend, hiking, skiing and enjoying everything CO has to offer. Her favorite treatments are threads, lips and sculptra.
