Tom, Physician Assistant
While completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida, Tom came to Colorado for an internship at the University of Denver. He was quickly captivated by the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer and decided to further his education here. After graduating from a Physician Assistant program, Tom started his career in orthopedics where he worked for the last 20+ years. As an orthopedic PA, he developed extensive knowledge & surgical experience working closely with patients. Prior to orthopedics and during his clinical years, he was introduced to plastic surgery and aesthetics, which is where his interest in this field grew. He is extremely excited about the transition into plastic surgery and looks forward to working alongside Dr. Ladner and his amazing team. Outside of work, Tom loves spending time outdoors with his son mountain biking, snowboarding, and fly fishing.
Kristy, Practice Administrator
Kristy recently joined our team as our Practice Administrator. Kristy has extensive clinical and executive experience in the healthcare industry spanning nearly 30 years as an audiologist, administrator, and consultant for various otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and plastic surgery practices. She is a proven leader with experience managing all aspects of clinical practice, including human resources, finance, marketing, and daily operations. She a is graduate of the University of Northern Colorado (Audiology) and the University of Colorado (MBA). Kristy enjoys time with her husband and three children, family and friends, travel, cooking, and staying fit.
Annetta, Patient Coordinator
Annetta is originally from Kansas City. She attended the University of Missouri, Columbia. Annetta has been with Dr. Ladner’s practice since 2013 when she made the transition from the beauty industry to the medical side of aesthetics. She will be there to guide you through the entire surgical process, including the initial consultation, scheduling surgery, advising on payment options, and answering any questions that you may have. Annetta gets great satisfaction from creating open and honest relationships with Dr. Ladner’s patients. In her spare time, Annetta enjoys playing golf, working in the garden, and watching her kids play sports. She is married with 2 daughters and resides in beautiful Golden, CO.
Carolyn, Medical Assistant
A native of Hawaii, Carolyn attended Seattle University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Administration. Carolyn has been in the medical profession for over 25 years, and has specialized in plastic and cosmetic surgery for the last 12 years. As Dr. Ladner’s clinical assistant, she will assist you from your initial consultation all the way through your post-operative care. She treats each patient like a family member, and her warm personality makes patients immediately feel at ease during their surgical experience. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys the Colorado great outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her dog Ivy.
Savannah, Medical Assistant
Savannah was born and raised in Denver Colorado, Spending 5 ½ years in the cosmetic-aesthetic field as a Certified Medical Assistant. Savannah is passionate about the cosmetic-aesthetic field and making her patients feel beautiful and their absolute best! In her free time, she loves spending time with her dog, friends, and traveling the world.
Luciana is a Colorado native and has been a nurse since 2013. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her past nursing experience is in trauma and surgery. She developed a love for plastics in the operating room and made the transition to join the Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery team as our clinical nurse manager. She is passionate about nursing and safe patient care. In her free time, Luciana enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and cooking.
Maureen moved to Colorado from New Jersey in 1992. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Scranton and has been in the medical profession for over 30 years. She made the transition from perioperative nursing to aesthetics four years ago and is very excited to be a part of such an amazing team of professionals. She lives in beautiful Morrison, CO and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and going to concerts at Red Rocks.
Marie was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her nursing degree there in 2009. Since then she has worked in various areas including ICU, recovery, OR, and admissions. Part of her love of working with Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery is the team aspect of the close knit group. If she’s not working you can find her in various workout classes or walking her dog around the city with her husband.
Maddie was born and raised in Park City, Utah where she developed her love for the outdoors and moved to Colorado in 2017. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Christian University, Maddie started her nursing career in the operating room. Maddie discovered her love for plastic surgery in the OR, and is a part of our surgical team here. Maddie loves working with a team of individuals that prioritize a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every single patient. When Maddie is not working at Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking her dog, and working out.
Hannah is originally from Vermont, graduating from the University of Vermont’s nursing program in 2015. Hannah moved to Colorado after that, and has worked as a nurse in a wide variety of settings, with a main focus in neurology and trauma. She always had an interest in OR, specifically plastic surgery. Hannah joined our surgical team and is so excited to be part of such an amazing group! In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, and really anything involving the outdoors.
Katie, Scrub Tech
Katie started out her medical career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Denver Health Paramedic Division. She loved having the chance to help out her community but after almost 6 years she wanted more. She went to school to be a surgical technologist and worked in a OR that specialized in the care of highly acute patients. While working there she found her love for plastic surgery and was recruited to join the Cherry Creek Plastic Surgery team. When she’s not in the OR she likes to be outdoors, hiking and camping in the mountains with her fiancé and two dogs.
