I had rhinoplasty and otoplasty with Dr. Ladner when I was 17, and now, four years later at 21, I can honestly say I am still incredibly happy with my results. Dr. Ladner and his entire team are truly amazing. I recently returned to the office for a follow-up visit, and Porsche was absolutely wonderful. Entire office is exceptional. The staff at front was prompt in taking images the minute I arrived Kelly was so kind and professional in scheduling me; I had a tight schedule and she worked to find a surgery date that fit it. Dr. Ladner was unbelievable during my consultation for my revision rhinoplasty. Within one minute, I felt completely comfortable and grateful to have found him. He explained everything clearly and kindly, leaving me with no questions and full confidence in his ability. I had seen another plastic surgeon to consult for this revision in addition to my previous surgeon and Dr. Ladner is on another level. Thanks to this entire office for such a seamless experience. I had the BEST experience with Dr. Ladner and his team. Just absolutely amazing experience at every step of the way and every person who helped coordinate my surgery. Dr. Ladner was so thorough in my consultation and really took my wants and needs into consideration. Him and his team were so personable and made me feel special and so comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Ladner personally checked in on me the first week of post-op and was involved in my healing. The office, nurse and pre-op rooms are also realllyyy nice. I had the buccal fat removal and I am SO happy with the results. The healing was fast and I already noticed change within the first two weeks. My nurse, Porsche, gave me the best care and was so sweet and thorough. I also got a cool peel hybrid co2 facial with Evangeline who was so awesome! And shout out to Julian and Brenda for their help and just creating such a lifting and supportive atmosphere. For real, Dr. Ladner is so skilled, supportive, and kind. The whole team really made the experience and exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Ladner!!!
Dr. Ladner and his team were very kind and knowledgeable throughout my revision rhinoplasty journey making my overall experience pretty effortless and smooth. Dr. Ladner also performed my primary rhinoplasty a few years ago and, while he did an amazing job, there were a couple of things that did not heal the way we were hoping for. When I brought my concerns to him he made me feel heard and validated and offered to make some adjustments for me via a revision rhinoplasty. I am freshly post op from my revision and have a lot of healing to do, but up to this point, the process has been as enjoyable as it could be and the team has been amazing. I am especially grateful for nurse Porsche! She is so kind and gentle and always met my questions with knowledge, professionalism and timeliness. Kudos to Dr. Ladner and his entire team!
Honestly, after having my last Botox at the Novuskin medspa, I thought that would be my last time to have this procedure that ended up with unwanted outcomes. I was in that mood until I met nurse Melissa at the Ladner Plastic Surgery. Melissa did Botox that gave me a perfect look without droopy or high-arched eyebrows, or like was nothing done at all. Non of those negatives was experienced this time. I am so grateful to her for calming down my anxiety about the procedure, and I highly recommend to visit Melissa and see the best results that wouldn’t cause any issues.
