I first noticed an imbalance in my facial profile in 2022. It wasn’t something that impacted my day-to-day life, but it was a feature I focused on for months on end. I considered a variety of options to correct this imbalance, and eventually decided a chin augmentation was the best route to achieve the results I desired. The research I did was in depth and thorough, and I finally discovered Dr. Ladner online. I live in New York City and while we have some incredible surgeons out here, I felt like I was being “sold” on a procedure without conversations regarding my personal needs and desired results. I traveled to Denver for a consultation and was immediately met with a personalized and comforting environment. Dr. Ladner recommended a route that would give me a natural yet visible difference in my profile and one that would be noticeable to anyone who didn’t know I had work done. I decided to go through with the procedure a couple of weeks after my consultation, and I felt supported in every step of the process—from financial questions to concerns about the physical surgery. The chin augmentation itself was a breeze and everyone in the office made sure I was aware of the process from start to finish. I was bandaged up and sent home with medications to help with any pain or discomfort I may feel, but to my surprise, the recovery was fairly pain-free. My bandages were removed a few days later and I immediately saw a difference in my facial profile. I raised some concerns regarding evenness and swelling during my recovery, but my questions were met with understanding and thorough answers. It has now been a year since my procedure and I can say I’m very happy with my results. The result is extremely natural-looking but significant enough that close friends and loved ones notice a positive difference in my facial symmetry. I cannot recommend Dr. Ladner and his incredible staff enough. If I need any facial work done in the future, I will choose Dr. Ladner without any hesitation. Thank you all!

Carolyn is the only injector I trust – she is exceptional at knowing what is best for your face and ensuring you look fabulous, but not over done. She is truly an artist! Carolyn saved my life after a very bad filler experience from a Dermatologist. She removed all the misplaced filler, my face feels so much better! I can’t thank her enough! I went to Dr. Ladner in June of 2021 for an open rhinoplasty and lip lift. Writing this, I’m about a year and a half post-op and I wanted to thank the doc and his team for all their support. The surgery itself was a breeze – great surgery center and I was never in any pain. My healing has not been easy – my scars have been highly reactive and I had a lot of swelling and redundant skin from the reduction in the size of my nose. We anticipated the issue with scarring, although it has been worse than I anticipated and I do wish I hadn’t done the lip lift to avoid a permanent deformity. Going through this process, I’m reminded that any cosmetic procedure has serious consequences and there are some questions you don’t know to ask before you go into it. I’m giving Ladner and his team 4 stars because I think they were transparent about the risks and what to expect from healing, but also because they have gone above and beyond to answer my questions, bring me back into the office to check progress, and try to influence how my scars were healing with multiple laser treatments. They’ve been patient, compassionate, and transparent with me and I trust the people in this office. Special shout out to Savannah and Tom – you two are great at what you do. I think there will come a point where I’d want the work to be evaluated by another surgeon, because I really don’t know how “good” my results are and what influenced how my nose healed. Unrelated to my surgeries, I think Tom is a really sophisticated injector and has a lot of talent for what he does.
I cannot say enough about the entire team here. Dr. Ladner did an amazing job on my husband’s facial reconstruction post MOHS surgery. Dr. Ladner and Luciana and the entire team were very kind and communicative and truly made a difficult time, much less difficult. Thank you so much!
I am thrilled with the results of my Lower Facelift performed by Dr. Keith Ladner located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Dr Ladner is a cordial man and an exceptional plastic surgeon. He explained step by step everything related to my surgery. He answered all my questions and suppressed all my fears. All the details concerning my surgery were easy as a breeze thanks to his kind and professional staff. I recuperated from surgery quickly and had no pain, stiffness was minimal. I did not experience much discomfort in general. I cannot recommend Dr Ladner and his practice enough as I am very thankful for his performance, their care and friendship allowing me to start my new life! Dr. Ladner not only has the expertise of an excellent plastic surgeon, but he is an artist as he determines what will be most harmonious and attractive to his patients’ faces.
