
We are excited to welcome Dr. Spenser Souza to the team at Ladner Plastic Surgery!
Dr. Souza is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who completed advanced training at the University of Michigan after residency at UCSF. His practice focuses exclusively on procedures of the face, including rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, Mohs reconstruction, facial nerve surgery, and gender-affirming facial surgery.
Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Souza was a Division I athlete at Cornell University, where he played both football and baseball and served as captain of the baseball team. His team won an Ivy League championship and competed in the NCAA College World Series Regional.
Dr. Souza brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to facial surgery and shares our commitment to natural, refined results and exceptional patient care.
