My experience was top- notch. There was not one thing that would improve it. The office staff, anesthesiologist and Dr were all kind and attentive. The aftercare was as thorough as as the procedure. Highly recommended. Wonderful results.
Had the best experience shadowing Dr. Ladner and his team. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and so knowledgeable. As an injector it is crucial to continue growing and always be learning. This experience was the best, could not recommend it enough.
Dr. Landner and his team are empathetic, dedicated, and extremely skilled. I had a serious Mohs surgery that required the loss of half of my eyebrow and an incision about 4 inches long down the left side of my forehead. The Mohs surgery itself took all day. On the next day, I went to Dr. Ladner‘s office, quite exhausted and emotional, and was put immediately at ease. I was wrapped in warm blankets and treated with sympathy and kindness by his lovely nurse, Emily. In his immaculate operating room, Dr. Ladner amazingly was able to cleanly close my forehead and leave me with a scar that will ultimately be almost invisible. My follow up appointments have been delightful, and the care I have received has been of the highest level. I will actually miss seeing this team on a regular basis.
I had a perfect experience with a unilateral brow lift to correct the issue of a depressed, uneven eyebrow stemming from an accident years ago. I saw Caroline for a 1/2 syringe of Kysse and 20 units of Botox. I was skeptical about the 1/2 syringe thinking it would be too much at one time — but she did a great job of shaping my lips and giving them a natural look. Highly recommend her, as well as anyone at Ladner’s office!
I took Carolyn’s injector course about a month ago, and it was an amazing experience! She excels at teaching the foundational knowledge and then guides you through hands-on techniques with the models. I highly recommend her course!
