I followed my injector, Shannon, to Ladner and she’s the only person I trust with Botox. She’s dynamic, flexible, and has an incredible attention to detail. She never over does it and is incredibly in tune with her client’s needs and preferences. Most recently, she has guided me through pregnancy-safe skincare, and I’ve been so impressed with the products and care that the Ladner office offers. The reception staff is always welcoming and lovely, making every visit feel comfortable and professional. I can’t wait to get back to see Shannon for all of my Botox needs!
Shannon is such a great injector. She has done Botox for me and I can’t talk highly enough of her precision! She truly listens to your goals and doesn’t try to oversell you. She is also the best resource for skincare! I could not be happier with my decision to go with Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery. I consulted with three other offices but I didn’t feel like they were the right fit for me. From the moment I walked into LFPS I felt much more at home and comfortable with the staff. Everyone was welcoming and laid back in a sense that made me feel at ease. The experience I had with Dr Ladner and his team was world-class. After my first visit I knew I would be moving forward with him for my procedure but I got a few other consultations (at Dr Ladner’s suggestion) which only further solidified my decision to work with him. From our first meeting forward, I felt my desired outcomes were not only heard but genuinely prioritized. He listened with care and with the desire to achieve exactly what I was looking for. For ten months post-surgery, Dr. Ladner remained committed to my experience and outcome, checking in at every appointment to ensure I was happy with the results and thoroughly explaining each step of the healing process. Dr. Landner and his team are empathetic, dedicated, and extremely skilled. I had a serious Mohs surgery that required the loss of half of my eyebrow and an incision about 4 inches long down the left side of my forehead. The Mohs surgery itself took all day. On the next day, I went to Dr. Ladner‘s office, quite exhausted and emotional, and was put immediately at ease. I was wrapped in warm blankets and treated with sympathy and kindness by his lovely nurse, Emily. In his immaculate operating room, Dr. Ladner amazingly was able to cleanly close my forehead and leave me with a scar that will ultimately be almost invisible. My follow up appointments have been delightful, and the care I have received has been of the highest level. I will actually miss seeing this team on a regular basis.
