I saw Caroline for a 1/2 syringe of Kysse and 20 units of Botox. I was skeptical about the 1/2 syringe thinking it would be too much at one time — but she did a great job of shaping my lips and giving them a natural look. Highly recommend her, as well as anyone at Ladner’s office!
I took Carolyn’s injector course about a month ago, and it was an amazing experience! She excels at teaching the foundational knowledge and then guides you through hands-on techniques with the models. I highly recommend her course! From my initial consultation to my last visit with Dr. Ladner and staff the impression left was of a place that I would highly recommend because they grossly exceeded expectations in every aspect. This is going to be long but reviews were very helpful to me during my search so I hope this can be helpful for someone too! I’m so happy that I found Dr. Ladner! I have never had a defined jawline due to genetics and it’s something that I have always been very self-conscious of. Once I discovered that there were surgical options to correct this I started looking for a surgeon. Everyone who knows me knows that I’m a diligent researcher, so I thought it was going to take me forever to find a surgeon that I would feel comfortable with. I was even willing to travel out of state if needed. I came across Dr. Ladner pretty early on in my search and was confident that I would choose him for my surgery before even reaching out to the office. I looked at a lot of surgeon’s websites and just honestly wasn’t happy with a lot of the before and after pictures I was seeing. In so many of them, the differences seemed very minimal. I can be very anxious about my health so I knew that if I was going to undergo surgery I wanted to achieve the best results possible. I reached out to Dr. Ladner’s office on a Saturday in October to inquire about submental liposuction and chin augmentation and received a super quick response from Chance, who has been so friendly and helpful throughout this process. Chance informed me that these procedures would likely be paired with a platysmaplasty and I was given a quote that was very close to what I paid in the end. We scheduled a consultation for a couple of weeks later and that is when I met with Dr. Ladner. He spent about 45 minutes with me to understand my goals and explain his recommendations, which ended up being a chin augmentation (small silicone chin implant), submental liposuction, and a platysmaplasty. It was immediately very clear to me that Dr. Ladner is an expert in his field. I felt so informed, comfortable and safe. I decided to schedule my surgery that day, and was shocked to learn that I could schedule my surgery for just two months later (I believe there were sooner dates available but this is what worked with my schedule). Chance explained the short wait time is because they do their surgeries in-office. My surgery day went very smooth and I wasn’t even nervous because I knew I was in great hands. The anesthesiologist and all of the nurses were so sweet and took great care of me. I also had some questions and wasn’t feeling well the weekend after my surgery and Dr. Ladner called me on a Saturday evening to help. Communication has been super accessible and I was always confident that I could reach someone if needed. I am now 10 days post-op and can already say this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Even though I am still recovering and have some swelling and bruising (less than I anticipated), the results are incredible so far and I already feel more confident. I was amazed at the results after just 24 hours and I can’t wait to see the final results! Dr. Ladner is extremely talented and I’m so happy I chose him for his expertise in facial plastic surgery. He and his staff are so kind and they seem to love what they do. I have had an amazing experience with every single person I have interacted with, particularly Luciana who has met with me for my post-op appointments so far. She has such a positive energy and she is really just a ray of sunshine! I am lucky enough to be local to Dr. Ladner in Denver but I would recommend him to anyone considering facial plastic surgery.
I had Dr. Ladner do a upper cheek lift for me in 2021 and a lower cheek lift for me in 2025, which we’re both due to a mini stroke that I had in 2017, So starting off, I was kind of a unique perhaps challenging case and Dr. Ladner is such a star and his bedside manner is so comforting and kind and genuine that I felt safe and comfortable going into both surgeries. He did a wonderful job and my face looks balanced and beautiful now. He also did a fat transfer during both surgeries to even out places where I had volume loss and the fat transfer went very well both times, as well. So not only do I love and deeply appreciate Dr. Ladner and his work. I also really appreciate his team and how kind and professional they were. They called me every single day postop for both surgeries and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. Five stars all across the board.
