I had an incredible experience at Ladner’s Facial Plastic Surgery for my rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From my very first consultation, Dr. Ladner and his team made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident in my decision. Dr. Ladner took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the procedure, and set realistic expectations for what I could achieve. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the staff was exceptionally professional, supportive, and caring throughout the entire process. The recovery was much easier than I expected, thanks to their clear instructions and attentive follow-up care. Most importantly, the results are amazing! My nose looks completely natural and is exactly what I envisioned. I feel more confident and able to breathe so much better. I can’t thank Dr. Ladner enough for his expertise and artistry. I highly recommend Ladner’s Facial Plastic Surgery to anyone considering rhinoplasty or any other facial procedures.
Had the best experience!! Doctor Ladner was amazing!
MAJOR UPDATE AFTER I WAS OFFERED A FULL REFUND TO REMOVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW (he has also threatened legal action to other posting negative reviews): NO BREATHING ISSUES AFTER LADNER PERFORMED THIS DESTRUCTIVE RHINOPLASTY. Now, almost 18 MONTHS LATER, I have to have a CORRECTIVE surgery to fix what he destroyed so I can breathe normally again. I cannot breathe out of my nostrils to repair the deviated septum (didn’t have one prior to surgery) he created as well other medical issues related to his shoddy work. Dr. Ladner likes to delete negative reviews and threaten/bully prior patients. The medical board should be made aware. He is a terrible surgeon. He also likes to name drop like “I know Dr. Nassif really well”. He talks more about himself than the procedure. He selectively excluded the fact that his new wife works with him. Why? Hmmm. Her bio also doesn’t say she’s his wife. I NEVER, EVER would have chosen him as my surgeon had they been upfront AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR PRACTICE. Then they tried to call me twice to get me to remove my negative review. Story behind that also and why. WHY HIDE THAT FACT, DR. LADNER? I flew in from another state and for my post surgery follow up a week later, as I was still paying for a hotel in Denver, Dr. Ladner and his wife showed up 15 late for my post op without any apologies. (15+ minutes late for appt.without an apology from his staff or anyone), I was flying out early that morning, which he knew. I excitedly flew in from another state thinking he was a great plastic surgeon, AND I WAS DEAD WRONG. I was sooooo wrong on many levels. After surgery and recovery, AND AFTER MY RIGHT NOSTRIL COLLASPED, I was told to wear my surgical splint when I wear glasses. He also ripped off the nose splint at my post-op appointment doing additional damage to my nose while doing so. He couldn’t get it off how it should have been removed and my nose got pulled down permanently, causing many more issues. It didn’t fit after they took it off and when I called their office to mention this serious issue, as I exercise, he stated it’s PART OF THE HEALING”, and I was told, “OH , THAT’s OK”. If that’s part of immediate healing – you should have fixed it them. Or offered to. You didn’t and you are clearly a person and practice just wanting patients and their money. And how can the splint not fitting be the slightest bit OK BUT be included in part of your “recommended healing process” when he couldn’t even remove it according to standards. HE has noted in multiple areas the importance of the splint staying put for 2 weeks. They are unprofessional as an office and I would look elsewhere for an open, GREAT and honest provider that knows what he’s doing and doesn’t need anyone around monitoring him. LASTLY, someone they had fired before my surgery, (who did my intake upon arrival to their office) got my personal phone number from his office, HIPPA VIOLATION, and continually called me in hopes to be my care nurse-$600 just for a 24 hour stay over. OH-and she also snored all night long. DO NOT HAVE ANY PROCEDURES DONE HERE. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
Dr. Ladner performed my surgery on 3/20. With his wife, an RN, in the room with him. This was never disclosed, nor did they include on her bio online that she’s Dr. Ladner’s wife. I never would have surgery with someone that chooses to hide things from patients. After surgery the next day my split came off. They told me to wear it when I wear glasses. I called them the same day and was told “oh it’s ok if you don’t wear it” really? That’s part of the healing process which they clearly didn’t care about. Before surgery a nurse fired from their practice tried to get me to use her as my after care nurse. VERY unprofessional if the office is able to have employees access once they’ve been let go. Regarding my rhinoplasty, it’s horrible. He did what he wanted, made my nose larger and for $20,000 HE IS NOT WORTH IT!
I saw Carolyn for the first time a few weeks ago and she is amazing!!! I’m a seasoned botoxer but new to filler and she made me look and feel beautiful and most importantly natural! Will be going back to her on repeat!
I had an amazing experience at Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery. I went in for Sculptra and Dysport with their master injector, Carolyn McEntee, and couldn’t be more pleased. Carolyn got me scheduled quickly, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, all the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. Dr. Ladner even took the time to greet me when I checked in, which was a nice personal touch. Carolyn was fantastic—she explained everything step by step and made me feel completely at ease. It’s clear she has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and I felt I was in great hands. After my appointment, she followed up to make sure I was happy with my results, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery and Carolyn McEntee for anyone looking for expert care in a welcoming environment!
Carolyn is the absolute BEST injector and also educator. I took her Intro to Injectables Class and recently just got hired as a Nurse Inejctor at a med spa because of her referral! She knows her stuff and is so well connected in the aesthetic world. This class is a must if you’re looking to start your aesthetic nursing journey!!
I recently had minimally invasive neck tightening, chin augmentation and fat grafting to my under eyes. Porsche, the clinic nurse, was so thorough in her preoperative appointment and eased any anxiety I had. Dr. Gallen, the anesthesiologist was incredible. Luciana and Maureen took the absolutely best care of me in the OR. Dr. Ladner is an absolutely artist. He listens to your concerns, gives what he suggests surgically to achieve your goals and BAM, out of surgery 3 days later I am blown away. He is truly the best at what he does, but even more than that he has wonderful bedside manner and is personable. If you’re thinking on what surgeon to go with, hands down he’s your man!
Best VI Peel/ facial experience done by Klaryssa!! 10/10 would go again & recommend going to her and getting and advice for your skin needs/wants. Ver personable and friendly as well
Dr. Ladner did a phenomenal job on my neck lift and blepharoplasty (upper eye lids). I am 6 months post surgery and thrilled with the results! I have been an OR nurse for years and can honestly say he is the best! His pre-op and post op instructions were excellent which really helped with preparation and a smooth recovery. His office staff was very customer service oriented and surgery suite was top notch. I was pretty nervous the day of surgery but his team was kind, reassuring and professional. Recovery was straight forward and at every post op visit I continued to feel in good hands. So thankful I chose Dr. Ladner!!!
