I waited the 4 years Dr Ladner told me it would take to see the final results to write this review. I definitely was wishing something magical happened, but it didn’t… plus the difficulty to breathe through my right nostril. I went to his office several times for steroids shots in the nose, “due to the swelling” but the shape never changed. I am really disappointed with the results and I meeting different surgeons for a revision rhinoplasty. – To the practice: please don’t even offer a revision, nobody in the right mind would make the same mistake twice. Instead, offer to help with the cost of fixing the issue. Thanks.
Absolutely got a wonderful surgery with Dr Ladner and his team in summer of 2022. It was a rhinoplasty and partial face lift. Could not be happier. He seems caring, extremely good at his craft, totally professional but also a ‘person’ who sees his patients, also, as 360 degree people. Highly recommend.
Dr. Ladner and his team truly changed my life. The shape of my nose has always been an insecurity of mine and it is a major surgery. I knew it was something I wanted to do before my wedding. Dr. Ladner and his team made me feel incredibly comfortable and did the most in depth consultation of any of the other providers I was considering. They truly took into consideration everything I wanted and what would look best based on my face shape and height! I had my Rhinoplasty with Dr Ladner a little over a year ago, and I could not be happier with the result! My nose looks great and natural, like I was born with it. Dr Ladner was the first and only surgeon I met with and he knew exactly what I wanted without me having to say anything, he is the only person I would trust with my nose. The surgical staff and Anesthesiologist are amazing too, they took such good care of me on the day of my procedure. Thankful for everyone at Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery!
I recommend this office to anyone looking for any of their services. They do such a great job. They made my rhinoplasty look so natural and he did exactly what I asked. I absolutely love it here. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable! All the girls are super sweet and doctor Ladner and his assistant Tom are amazing! They made everything so easy for me 🙂
I went to Dr. Ladner in June of 2021 for an open rhinoplasty and lip lift. Writing this, I’m about a year and a half post-op and I wanted to thank the doc and his team for all their support. The surgery itself was a breeze – great surgery center and I was never in any pain. My healing has not been easy – my scars have been highly reactive and I had a lot of swelling and redundant skin from the reduction in the size of my nose. We anticipated the issue with scarring, although it has been worse than I anticipated and I do wish I hadn’t done the lip lift to avoid a permanent deformity. Going through this process, I’m reminded that any cosmetic procedure has serious consequences and there are some questions you don’t know to ask before you go into it. I’m giving Ladner and his team 4 stars because I think they were transparent about the risks and what to expect from healing, but also because they have gone above and beyond to answer my questions, bring me back into the office to check progress, and try to influence how my scars were healing with multiple laser treatments. They’ve been patient, compassionate, and transparent with me and I trust the people in this office. Special shout out to Savannah and Tom – you two are great at what you do. I think there will come a point where I’d want the work to be evaluated by another surgeon, because I really don’t know how “good” my results are and what influenced how my nose healed. Unrelated to my surgeries, I think Tom is a really sophisticated injector and has a lot of talent for what he does.
Dr. Ladner’s team is amazing. Tom, Kristy, and Luciana made me feel safe and at ease about the procedure beforehand. Tom’s work made me feel so much more confident in my appearance and I can’t thank him enough!
Our whole family came to Dr. Ladner‘s office to remove several moles on our face. It is always scary having something like that done, and Tom gave us the best, most detailed explanation of the procedures he would do, and very realistic expectations. It is now two months later, and I cannot say enough about how GREAT everything turned out! I have two teenage daughters, and to know how self-conscious they were about these moles before broke my heart. The other day they commented on how they can’t even see where the moles were!. As a mother, it brings tears to my eyes to see them be so happy and confident! Thank you, Tom, and your entire staff for changing our lives! You are all just great!! If we have any more procedures done, Dr. Ladner‘s office is where we would go!
