Dr. Ladner and his staff have gone above and beyond since the beginning of my treatment. The consultation was extremely informative and made me feel more than confident that Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery was the place for me. I went to a few different offices for consults and I felt that Dr. Ladner and his staff were warm and welcoming from the second I walked in. I’m glad I made the decision and I will be sending all of my friends and family to Dr. Ladner’s practice
2nd time posting this. He is deleting negative reviews fyi… My experience with Dr. Ladner was not so great and I had to spend $50k fixing what he done. When talking to him in person he comes off knowledgeable & confident, but my results & experiences speak otherwise. Unfortunately, I feel his surgical vocabulary outweighs his actually operating skills. My rhinoplasty was not great. My entire left side was sunken in, bridge over dissected, and tip drooping like a parrot. I could not breathe whatsoever out my left side, as my airway was the size of a pinhole. I had a chin implant placed by another doctor in 2013 that I felt was too big and boxy, so I asked Ladner if it was possible to shave down the implant instead of removing it. He told me with great certainty how quick & simple the procedure would be, so I chose this option instead of removal. Well… During the surgery, he ended up removing my actual soft tissue on my chin leaving dimples and a very lopsided appearance. My whole chin looked like it was slanted and going towards the left because of this. Also, at the incision line under my chin he left huge drooping pieces of skin hanging at each end of the incision mark. I also had jaw implants done by Ladner, which for the life of him he could not get right. I allowed him to do 2 revisions to fix it, but he was still unable to install them symmetrically each time. For example, he would install one higher than the other & tilt one upwards and the other one downwards. All of this had to get fixed by 3 different doctors. It was such a nightmare and I had extreme anxiety, stress, and depression over this. I was young, naive, and insecure at the time. I wish I would have done my research, listened to my gut when things felt off, & not have allowed him to fix his mistakes 2 times because it left me worse off than the 1st time he operated.
Mary is the absolute best. There are a lot of aesthetic injectors in the Denver area, but Mary’s skill set and expertise set her apart from the rest. She has truly mastered her craft. Continued great results working with her.

I am 7 months post surgery and I could not be happier – my favorite part (aside from no more wobbly neck) is that there was no incision in from of my ears – it is amazing. It’s been a year since I had a face lift. So Disappointed the sagging is still there I only see a 20% improvement the area I wanted to improve wasn’t even touched.I wasn’t expecting 100% but at least 80%.every time I see my self in the mirror I feel frustrated. You pay so much money and don’t get the results you wanted is frustrating. I thought I did my homework when looking for a surgeon but I guess I didn’t. I would give dr Ladner 0 stars but it doesn’t let me.I wouldn’t recommend this dr at all.
Dr. Ladner is now the only doctor I trust with my face; he did my botox and was very careful to only give me an amount that I needed. The results were beyond perfect! For those of you looking for a doctor that actually cares about his patients and not about making a quick buck, I can’t recommend him enough!
