Wonderful experience. Amazing staff. Had a great experience with my facelift beginning to end. Dr. Ladner is a genuinely kind man as well as great at what he does. He has surrounded himself with people that are both kind and knowledgeable. I had some serious issues from a previous procedure and he had an entire game plan in place to ensure the best possible outcome. It worked flawlessly! Would definitely send friends and family here.
Dr. Ladner’s team is absolutely exceptional. I had been improperly injected with filler by another practitioner and was in a lot of pain when I contacted their office. Caroline spent a generous amount of time on the phone with me, clearly explaining what needed to be done and reassuring me that they could help. They brought me in right away, and once I arrived, Shannon walked me through exactly what was happening and how she planned to correct it. The dissolve was quick, effective, and nearly painless. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to patient care. I highly recommend this team.

I had a skin consult with Shannon, and she was so great! Very informative, and never pushy about all of the options. She really listened to my concerns and gave me an option that will address multiple areas with one product. She was also honest about some parts of the regimen where I could save $ to help stick within my budget and get more bang for my buck on other products. For someone who is terrible about sticking to a skincare routine, I’m so thankful she was able to suggest something simple but that will be very effective.
