I just have to give a shout out to Dr. Ladner’s RN, Porsche! She is the most calming person and has always been available to answer any questions I’ve had post op. I always feel 100% confident she’s looking out for my best interests and truly cares about my recovery. And while I’m at it, Julian and Chance are both phenomenal as well. I’ve loved their fun and friendly personalities. It’s always a great feeling when people are truly interested in you as a person in addition to being a patient.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ladner, a cosmetic surgeon, and I’ve felt nothing but genuine care from both him and his entire staff. I came to him with scarring from a previous procedure performed by another surgeon, and Dr. Ladner took me in and addressed all of my concerns with compassion and expertise. I can’t praise everyone at Dr. Ladner’s office enough. From the front desk guys, Chance and Julian, to the nurses Luciana and Portia, to the anesthesiologist, Dr. Gallen and of course Dr. Ladner. Entering the office is so uplifting Chance is so kind and makes you completely at ease. Luciana was completely informative before surgery. She made me and husband so comfortable and I was so excited for my procedure As I came out of anesthesia she was so caring, and I felt safe. Portia answered all my questions and took her time. I never felt rushed. She went the extra mile to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. And Dr. Gallen! THE nicest man. Called before my procedure and told me all about his experience and what medications he would use. My husband was the most nervous about the anesthesia, and Dr. Gallen made him completely confident that I would be totally cared for. Dr. Ladner is so skilled! He ONLY does facial procedures and is really an artist. It’s evident he enjoys his work. I can’t thank him enough.

I’ve found the perfect injector! I’ve been going to Carolyn for years. I not only get Botox from her, I get filler, Co2 , as well as threading. Carolyn tailors each and every appointment to your specific desires. She is an excellent listener, and always goes above and beyond to ensure absolute perfection and complete satisfaction. I am absolutely impressed with the talented Carolyn Mac RN (Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery). She has a lot in her arsenal of techniques to meet any of your needs. She continues to stay current and educated on the newest techniques and she is incredibly intelligent. She knows what she is doing and she does it with ease. Coming from someone who also has a background in medicine and well as medical esthetics, I wholeheartedly recommend Carolyn if you want someone who is sure of herself and sure of the treatments she chooses and executes tailored just for you.
I had surgery with Dr. Ladner to correct a deviated septum and a bump on my nose, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Ladner did an incredible job. My breathing has improved, and I love how natural my nose looks. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish. They were attentive, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole process. Shannon is absolutely incredible! She does my tox and filler (which I thought I’d never like but when Shannon does it looks natural!) She makes sure I look and feel my absolute best.
