Dr Ladner performed my revision rhinoplasty on me two years ago. I could not be happier with the level of professionalism, skill, knowledge and experience than this office. Dr Ladner is an artist. He takes time to explain all of the procedures, the reasoning behind his technique, etc. He made me feel very comfortable. Further, his practice treats their clients like family, which makes me feel connected, heard and very confident in all services I receive from them. Also, I use Maureen & Tom for all of my injections. Masters!!!! I only recommend this office for anything related to Facial Aesthetics.

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Ladner and his incredible team. I’ve been considering rhinoplasty for many years, and have been searching all over CO for a surgeon I could trust. I knew the moment my consultation began that I wanted to go with Dr. Ladner. He listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Not a single question went unanswered pre or post op, which made me feel very informed and excited to see my results. Modifying any features on your face can be terrifying, but I wouldn’t trust anyone besides Dr. Ladner and his wonderful team to do so. The stunning gallery on their website speaks for itself!! I am 6 months post op and I can confidently say that Dr. Ladner and his team gave me the nose of my dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone I meet considering cosmetic surgery, worth every penny!!
I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Ladner because I wanted the hump removed and my tip raised and brought in. It was considered an average difficulty case and only cosmetic. I am completely devastated by the results! Dr. Ladner removed too much cartilage from my septum and only left 4 mm of width where there is supposed to be 10-15 mm to maintain strength. My septum collapsed and left a dent on my bridge. The tip became more droopy than before surgery and very deformed. After a year post-op, I could no longer breathe out of my nose. He offered to “make minor adjustments” to revise my surgery, but I declined. I ended up choosing a top US surgeon for my revision to fix Dr. Ladner’s mistakes. The new surgeon had to do a very challenging reconstruction of my nose. I still have deformities that could not be corrected because of Dr. Ladner’s aggressive removal of cartilage. I deeply regret choosing Dr. Ladner for my rhinoplasty. It has caused me a great deal of financial and emotional stress!
Hey there, if you were like me and looking through reviews to find the perfect plastic surgeon because of an insecurity, look no further! I got a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Ladner about 5 months ago and I seriously could not be happier! Looking in the mirror and hating what you see is the absolute worst feeling, it’s something I finally don’t do anymore. When you go into his office you will be greeted by the most kind and caring staff (also GORGEOUS, seriously they’re all stunning) you know you came to the right place. Every time I leave that office I feel so confident because everyone is so sweet and complementary that it makes me feel invincible. Doctor Ladner and his talented and caring group of nurses and support staff made me feel confident and 100% comfortable with my procedure—before, during and after my neck lift. As a first timer, I was contemplating the idea of some Botox and Lip Filler and was recommended Dr. Ladner’s office by a friend. Everything about the process, from start to finish, was incredible. Dr. Ladner, Luciana and Tom, their Physician Assistant, made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. They were very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to be around. They listened to my questions and concerns and produced results that were exactly what I was looking for. I look and feel great and I truly couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. My only regret is that I didn’t come in sooner! I’m looking forward to going back again in a few months and know they will be my go-to Plastic Surgery office moving forward. Dr. Ladner performed a revision rhinoplasty about a year and a half ago and I feel the results are the opposite of what we discussed and I’ve been having a lot of problems ever since. I have met with six rhinoplasty specialists who have identified multiple areas where Dr. Ladner was unsuccessful. These include: -More bone was removed than agreed upon which makes my nose look wider and flat. The lack of support also puts pressure on my upper lip and decreases teeth show. This will require ear or rib grafting to fix. The other doctors aren’t sure why he even took the bridge down considering this is the opposite of what you want to do when you are trying to create a slimmer nose. -There is a deformed graft at the tip is which is visibly pointy and causes discomfort. -The tip was supposed to be more upturned and is now downturned and droopier than before. -An excess of steroid was used for “swelling” which has caused skin atrophy. -Constant congestion is present which is thought to be due to the over-resection and enlarged turbinates. This was never an issue before. I feel like so much went wrong and to get this fixed it’s going to cost me almost double, not to mention the emotional turmoil this has taken on my life. My advice to anyone seeking a revision rhinoplasty is to do your research…read reviews, look at pictures, reach out to people that have had surgery. It seems that many of Dr. Ladner’s before and after pictures are only from the profile and not the front. Most doctors will have pictures of every angle. This has caused constant regret that I don’t wish for anyone else and I’m just hoping to educate some people before making such a big decision.
After meeting with Dr Ladner and discussing the rhinoplasty procedure, I felt confident and ready to move forward. He and his nurse Luciana were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I am so happy with the outcome – I will always be thankful for Dr Ladner!!
