Dr. Ladner did a phenomenal job on my neck lift and blepharoplasty (upper eye lids). I am 6 months post surgery and thrilled with the results! I have been an OR nurse for years and can honestly say he is the best! His pre-op and post op instructions were excellent which really helped with preparation and a smooth recovery. His office staff was very customer service oriented and surgery suite was top notch. I was pretty nervous the day of surgery but his team was kind, reassuring and professional. My son wanted a mole removed that was very close to his eye; the dermatologist would not remove it. Dr Ladner and his staff were extremely professionally and friendly and made my son very comfortable. He is extremely pleased with the outcome.
Initially I chose Dr. Ladner specifically for his natural results and how you can tell from the before and afters that he carefully considers each patients unique features. After my first consultation I knew that I had made the right choice and was so excited for the surgery. My rhinoplasty went absolutely perfectly, and when the bandages came off I literally couldn’t believe how incredible the results were, even knowing that it was still pretty swollen at that time. I was beside myself and finally felt confident and beautiful. This feeling however took a turn for the worse when only 3 months into the healing process I got into a gnarly accident that impacted my new and fragile nose. Obviously I was thankful that there were no serious head traumas or other life threatening repercussions but how this accident reshaped my nose was truly gut wrenching. Its hard to explain how upset I was, and at the same time shameful for being so upset. Luckily I had Dr. Ladner who stood with me through the whole healing process, patiently waiting till the swelling went down and assured me if I wanted to go though another surgery that a reconstruction would be able to fix what I had messed up. His generosity, patience, and kindness meant so much to me; not to mention his brilliant skills. I feel I cannot thank him and his team enough. Not only are they the best at what they do, but you can tell they all really enjoy the work and enjoy each other. If you are thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, it doesn’t get any better that Dr. Ladner and his team.
