Dr. Ladner’s team is absolutely exceptional. I had been improperly injected with filler by another practitioner and was in a lot of pain when I contacted their office. I had a skin consult with Shannon, and she was so great! Very informative, and never pushy about all of the options. She really listened to my concerns and gave me an option that will address multiple areas with one product. She was also honest about some parts of the regimen where I could save $ to help stick within my budget and get more bang for my buck on other products. For someone who is terrible about sticking to a skincare routine, I’m so thankful she was able to suggest something simple but that will be very effective.
